An apartment is not considered “off the market” and unavailable to rent to others until we receive a rental application (plus application fee), a signed deposit agreement, and the performance deposit.

All residents are required to carry and provide documentation of a renter’s insurance policy with liability coverage. It is also advisable to protect yourself from loss by including your possessions in your coverage as well. Plans can be structured to fit your needs at a minimal expense. Salem Green Apartments is not responsible for any loss or damage of your personal property.
If fire, flood, or other damage occurs in your apartment and you are found at fault, you could be held responsible for the expenses incurred to the other apartments affected, in addition to your own. Unmarried persons should each carry their own insurance.
Limit of one dog and two pets total per home (dogs allowed on select floors and buildings only). Dogs must be under 25 pounds at maturity.

Small animals continually kept in a cage or aquarium like fish, birds, and other small animals are welcome at no additional charge.
